SHIPPING

All orders ship on Monday and Tuesday, excluding holidays.

We do not want your self-tanner sitting on a truck or warehouse where it is not handled or stored properly. Packages will move quicker through any shipping system by going out at the beginning of the week. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated from our shipping provider.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Please VERIFY your address before placing your order.

Shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed by Rose Gold Sunless in the event of any uncontrollable events.


DAMAGED ITEMS

We take every precaution to pack our self tanner securely so that it arrives to you in perfect condition but shipping accidents can happen. If your self tanner is damaged upon arrival, please email (rosegoldsunless@gmail.com) photos of the damage and provide details of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. Don't forget to include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order to process your request. 

MISSING ITEMS

We strive to ship all your ordered products as quickly as possible and securely packaged. If part of your order is missing please email (rosegoldsunless@gmail.com) within 48 hours of your order so that we can assist you with replacements.

RETURNS

All beauty products are FINAL SALE.

Once your package has left our warehouse we have no control over the shipping times.  We have all experienced delays in shipping with the overwhelming demand for online and e-commerce shopping due to the COVID situation. Please choose your shipping provider carefully. We offer more than one option for your convenience.
