We take every precaution to pack our self tanner securely so that it arrives to you in perfect condition but accidents can happen during shipping. If your self tanner is damaged upon arrival, please email (email@example.com) photos of the damage and provide details of the damage within 30 days of when you received your product. Don't forget to include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order to process your request.
We strive to ship all your ordered products as quickly as possible and securely packaged. If part of your order is missing please email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 30 days of your order so that we can assist you with replacements.

Kathryn is a sunless pro! She has been a spray tan artist in the Toledo, OH area for over 20 years! She knows all the tips and tricks...and has experienced the messy stuff too! With her intense knowledge in this area, we have some rules with our shipping.
We ship on Monday and Tuesday. We do not want your self-tanner sitting on a hot truck or warehouse where they are not handled or stored properly. They will move quicker through any shipping system by going out at the beginning of the week.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated from our shipping provider.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Please VERIFY your address before placing your order.
Once your package has left our warehouse we have no control over the shipping times. We have all experienced delays in shipping with the overwhelming demand for online and e-commerce shopping due to the COVID situation. Please choose your shipping provider carefully.
