At Rose Gold Sunless, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. However, if something isn’t right, we are here to help and will do everything possible to correct the problem.
Certain items, such as beauty products, are not eligible for return for health and safety reasons.
We cannot accept returns for tanning products and applicators unless they are faulty or damaged.
Your safety is our top priority.
Rose Gold Sunless can only process returns for the following reasons:
Damaged/Incorrect item
If the item you have received is faulty, damaged during shipping, or not what you originally ordered, please email our customer support at hello@rosegoldsunless.com
Please note that you must notify our team of faulty, damaged, or incorrect items within 5 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Email our customer service team at hello@rosegoldsunless.com with your order number and reason for the return, along with pictures of damaged or incorrect items (required).
2. You will receive a return authorization and instructions on proceeding.
Return Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved returns will be processed based on your initial preference for product replacement or refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
